Common Sense Banking

We deliver financial capital solutions for businesses navigating growth, restructuring, or transformation β€” unlocking value where traditional banks fall short.

About us

How We Create Value

Funding for British companies has been extremely difficult for several years. Most UK Banks and lending institutions will only lend to businesses that have a good credit rating and a long history of trading. Trying to operate a business without adequate funding is doomed to fail.

Welcome to Sense Capital Banking Solutions.

We take a totally different approach in our lending criteria. We like to think of it as β€˜β€™a common Sense approach’’. Not only will we look at distressed and underfunded companies, we also offer solutions that go beyond traditional bank lending, including specialised, high-speed capital injections and turnaround capital with revolutionary approaches such as leveraging digital assets for liquidity, and restructuring through equity investments.

FAQ

What type of companies do you work with?

We generally work with incorporated business who are currently trading. However, we welcome enquiries from new business start-ups with a solid commercial proposition and more importantly an experienced management team.

We are happy to look at businesses from a wide range of sectors. Our primary thought is the sustainability of the business, the strength of the management team and the depth of experience. Following this we will look at the risk profile.

We work across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, construction, trading, services, and property.

We try to keep this as straightforward as possible. We undertake a (KYC) Know Your Client information request which asks for all standard information relating to the applicant and the business. This can be completed manually or online.

We review all the information required and make an initial decision to proceed where appropriate. At this stage we may ask for standard additional information to support the application. Once this information has been reviewed by the risk department and has a positive outcome, the lending process is then actioned.

Whilst we are a European based business, we are specifically focused on providing a new platform and line of credit facilities and funding solutions to UK businesses.

This depends on the structure, assets, and risk profile of each transaction. We aim to minimise personal guarantees where possible.

Yes, but only in certain circumstances. We have a specialist team who deals in distressed, underperforming, and special-situation businesses, including those facing liquidity challenges or restructuring.

Absolutely yes. We regularly collaborate with banks, investors, insolvency practitioners, and corporate advisors to deliver integrated solutions where a positive outcome of intervention is predicted. Subject to approval we look to take out your existing lenders and engineer a combination of credit streams to match your requirements.
